I am Swiss, male, just over 45 years old, happily married, with family. To this day, I had never had an entry in my Swiss Enforced Payment Collection register record.
Professionally, I am working since early 2010 again in Switzerland. Previously and for several years, I lived and worked in the United States. In my line of work I have a lot of contact with foreigners from all over the world. I know what a good service is like, know how to appreciate it and I myself always strive to provide an excellent service in my immediate environment, be it private or professional.
What is been happening to me since the beginning of December 2011 is, however, difficult to classify in a service-scale, given that the reaction of this company (or mind you the lack thereof) does not merit the word „service“. I am referring to Sunrise Communications AG Switzerland. The problem basically is that Sunrise does not even communicate with me, even though, the word „Communications“ is part of its public name. Sunrise has chosen to ignore me instead.

Why have I decided to make my story public? Because I’m tired and frustrated of being ignored by Sunrise for months now. And by publicly sharing my experience, I hope to turn the steering wheel around and that Sunrise makes a concession that would allow for a fair solution to be reached. I hope Sunrise informs its collection agency about its mistake and withdraw from the Enforced Payment Collection office the erroneous claim on me.

Lastly, I like to emphasize however, that I am very much still open to find a direct solution with Sunrise, if a communication channel is established by the company. I have made this known to Sunrise all along in every letter I have sent to them.
